Frizzled class receptor 1 (FZD1) is a gene that encodes a protein that functions as a 7-transmembrane receptor protein for Wnt signaling proteins. Missense mutations, nonsense mutations, silent mutations, frameshift deletions, and in-frame insertions are observed in cancers such as intestinal cancer, skin cancer, and stomach cancer.
