Overview
CD79A X190_splice is present in 0.03% of AACR GENIE cases, with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified, high grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 and/or BCL6 rearrangements, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, follicular lymphoma, and primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the central nervous system having the greatest prevalence [4].
