Overview
NCI Definition: A group of neoplasms composed of T-lymphocytes with a mature (peripheral/post-thymic) immunophenotypic profile and/or NK-cells. [1]
Mature T-cell and NK-cell neoplasms most frequently harbor alterations in TET2, DNMT3A, TP53, RHOA, and KMT2D [2].
TET2 Mutation, TET2fs, TET2 Nonsense, RHOA Mutation, and TP53 Mutation are the most common alterations in mature T-cell and NK-cell neoplasm [2].
