ABCB1 is altered in 0.01% of all cancers with breast invasive ductal carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in ABCB1 are ABCB1 Fusion (0.01%) and ABCB1-MYC Fusion (0.01%) [3].
