AKAP1
Overview
AKAP1 is altered in 0.14% of all cancers with low-grade glioma, NOS, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, pilocytic astrocytoma, thyroid gland papillary carcinoma, and astrocytoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alteration in AKAP1 is AKAP1-BRAF Fusion (0.14%) [3].
