BCL2A1 is altered in 0.34% of all cancers with conventional glioblastoma multiforme, adenocarcinoma of unknown primary, medulloblastoma, papillary renal cell carcinoma, and skin squamous cell carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
