Overview

CDH4 is altered in 4.60% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, melanoma, colon adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, and rectal adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

The most common alterations in CDH4 are CDH4 Amplification (0.22%), CDH4 E650K (0.07%), CDH4 R851C (0.07%), CDH4 A907V (0.06%), and CDH4 D894N (0.06%) [3].
