CENPA is altered in 0.30% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, conventional glioblastoma multiforme, cutaneous melanoma, and invasive breast carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
