DYNC2H1 is altered in 0.05% of all cancers with sarcoma, NOS, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, gastric adenocarcinoma, pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma, and thyroid gland papillary carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
