Overview

GAB2 is altered in 0.14% of all cancers with conventional glioblastoma multiforme, adenocarcinoma of unknown primary, cholangiocarcinoma, adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction, and breast invasive ductal carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

The most common alterations in GAB2 are GAB2 A523T (0.18%), GAB2 D308N (0.07%), GAB2 D315G (0.07%), GAB2 G276D (0.09%), and GAB2 G367S (0.07%) [3].
