IGF1 is altered in 0.50% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, cutaneous melanoma, colon adenocarcinoma, dedifferentiated liposarcoma, and endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations .
The most common alterations in IGF1 are IGF1 Amplification (0.10%), IGF1 Loss (0.02%), IGF1 A110T (0.01%), IGF1 D128N (0.01%), and IGF1 G194E (0.01%) .
