KDM3A
Overview
KDM3A is altered in 1.28% of all cancers with breast invasive ductal carcinoma, breast neoplasm, breast invasive lobular carcinoma, mixed lobular and ductal breast carcinoma, and mucinous breast carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in KDM3A are KDM3A Mutation (0.95%), KDM3A Amplification (0.25%), KDM3A A1103G (0.04%), KDM3A E355K (0.04%), and KDM3A G1153E (0.04%) [3].
