KLK2 is altered in 0.07% of all cancers with cholangiocarcinoma, adenocarcinoma of unknown primary, adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, and esophageal adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alteration in KLK2 is KLK2-FGFR2 Fusion (0.16%) [3].
