KTN1
Overview
KTN1 is altered in 0.08% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, thyroid gland papillary carcinoma, and acute myeloid leukemia having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in KTN1 are KTN1-RET Fusion (0.10%), KTN1-ALK Fusion (0.08%), KTN1 G70R (0.26%), and KTN1-ESR1 Fusion (0.00%) [3].
