LAMP1
Overview
LAMP1 is altered in 1.35% of all cancers with colon adenocarcinoma, high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, ovarian carcinosarcoma, and cervical mucinous adenocarcinoma, gastric type having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in LAMP1 are LAMP1 A26V (0.53%), LAMP1 A265V (0.20%), LAMP1 A294G (0.26%), LAMP1 A313T (0.22%), and LAMP1 A327V (0.39%) [3].
