LCK is altered in 0.10% of all cancers with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified, peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified, angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, endometrial carcinoma, and adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
