Overview
LIG4 is altered in 2.78% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, melanoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and prostate adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in LIG4 are LIG4 Mutation (2.39%), LIG4 Amplification (0.09%), LIG4 S672R (0.08%), LIG4 Loss (0.07%), and LIG4 R814* (0.09%) [3].
