MST1
Overview
MST1 is altered in 0.19% of all cancers with colon adenocarcinoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, rectal adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, and cutaneous melanoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in MST1 are MST1 Loss (0.08%), MST1 Amplification (0.03%), MST1 S14N (0.01%), MST1 E92K (0.01%), and MST1 A114V (0.01%) [3].
