NCOA1
Overview
NCOA1 is altered in 0.10% of all cancers with high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and bladder urothelial carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in NCOA1 are NCOA1-ALK Fusion (0.08%), NCOA1 P518R (0.77%), NCOA1 T377N (0.77%), NCOA1 A715T (0.22%), and NCOA1 C784W (0.85%) [3].
