Overview

NRG3 is altered in 0.13% of all cancers with breast invasive ductal carcinoma, mixed lobular and ductal breast carcinoma, breast neoplasm, anaplastic oligodendroglioma, and breast invasive lobular carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

The most common alterations in NRG3 are NRG3 Amplification (1.07%), NRG3 Mutation (0.66%), NRG3 S238F (0.08%), NRG3 A142S (0.04%), and NRG3 A18T (0.04%) [3].
