Overview

POLB is altered in 0.31% of all cancers with breast invasive ductal carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

The most common alterations in POLB are POLB Mutation (0.62%), POLB Amplification (0.40%), POLB Loss (0.09%), POLB T93M (0.03%), and POLB D318fs (0.03%) [3].
