Overview
PTPRK is altered in 0.30% of all cancers with colon adenocarcinoma, conventional glioblastoma multiforme, cutaneous melanoma, colorectal adenocarcinoma, and melanoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in PTPRK are PTPRK-RSPO3 Fusion (0.10%), PTPRK R331Q (0.13%), PTPRK V769I (0.18%), PTPRK A1116S (0.09%), and PTPRK A1242V (0.07%) [3].
