RAB35
Overview
RAB35 is altered in 0.38% of all cancers with endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, and cutaneous melanoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in RAB35 are RAB35 Amplification (0.08%), RAB35 Loss (0.02%), RAB35 E105K (0.01%), RAB35 G42R (0.01%), and RAB35 R170* (0.01%) [3].
