RBPMS
Overview
RBPMS is altered in 0.02% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, bladder urothelial carcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, and colorectal neuroendocrine carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in RBPMS are RBPMS-NTRK3 Fusion (0.01%), RBPMS-BCL10 Fusion (0.02%), and RBPMS-RET Fusion (0.00%) [3].
