RNF11 is altered in 0.10% of all cancers with low-grade glioma, NOS, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, pilocytic astrocytoma, thyroid gland papillary carcinoma, and astrocytoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations .
The most common alterations in RNF11 are RNF11-BRAF Fusion (0.14%) and RNF11-CDKN2C Fusion (0.01%) .
