SP3
Overview
SP3 is altered in 0.04% of all cancers with colon adenocarcinoma, astrocytoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, clear cell renal cell carcinoma, and dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alteration in SP3 is SP3-FGFR1 Fusion (0.01%) [3].
