Overview

STRN3 is altered in 0.07% of all cancers with low-grade glioma, NOS, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, pilocytic astrocytoma, thyroid gland papillary carcinoma, and astrocytoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

The most common alterations in STRN3 are STRN3-BRAF Fusion (0.15%), STRN3-NTRK3 Fusion (0.03%), STRN3 Fusion (0.01%), and STRN3-KMT2B Fusion (0.00%) [3].
