Overview

TPR is altered in 0.30% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, and sarcoma, NOS having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

The most common alterations in TPR are TPR-FGFR1 Fusion (0.22%), TPR-MET Fusion (0.18%), TPR-ALK Fusion (0.08%), TPR-NTRK1 Fusion (0.04%), and TPR E953K (0.75%) [3].
