WRAP53
Overview
WRAP53 is altered in 0.03% of all cancers with pancreatic adenocarcinoma, adrenal cortex carcinoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified, esophagogastric carcinoma, and medulloblastoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in WRAP53 are WRAP53 Fusion (0.02%), WRAP53-TP53 Fusion (0.01%), WRAP53-ASXL2 Fusion (0.04%), WRAP53-MCF2L2 Fusion (0.02%), and WRAP53-SHBG Fusion (0.02%) [3].
