ZC3HAV1 is altered in 0.07% of all cancers with low-grade glioma, NOS, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, pilocytic astrocytoma, thyroid gland papillary carcinoma, and astrocytoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

The most common alteration in ZC3HAV1 is ZC3HAV1-BRAF Fusion (0.07%) [3].
