AFF2 is altered in 2.56% of all cancers with breast invasive ductal carcinoma, mixed lobular and ductal breast carcinoma, breast neoplasm, breast invasive lobular carcinoma, and mucinous breast carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
