ADP-ribosylation factor related protein 1 (ARFRP1) is a gene that encodes a protein that functions as a membrane-associated GTP-ase that transports between the trans-Golgi network and endosomes. Missense, nonsense, and silent mutations are observed in cancers such as intestinal cancer, skin cancer, and stomach cancer.
