BRSK1
BR serine/threonine kinase 1 (BRSK1) is a gene that encodes a protein that functions as a serine/threonine kinase. The protein is an important regulator of the polarization of cortical neurons and acts as a positive regulator of centrosome duplication. Missense mutations, nonsense mutations, silent mutations, frameshift insertions and deletions, and in-frame deletions are observed in cancers such as intestinal cancer, skin cancer, and stomach cancer.
