C11orf95
Overview
C11orf95 is altered in 0.05% of all cancers with anaplastic ependymoma, ependymoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, clear cell ependymoma, and ependymal tumor having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in C11orf95 are C11orf95-RELA Fusion (0.05%) and C11orf95-MKL2 Fusion (0.02%) [3].
