Overview
CBLB is altered in 2.00% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, melanoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and bladder urothelial carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in CBLB are CBLB Amplification (0.03%), CBLB R468Q (0.03%), CBLB X810_splice (0.03%), CBLB A41P (0.03%), and CBLB F814S (0.04%) [3].
