CEBPE is altered in 0.10% of all cancers with follicular lymphoma, mature B-cell neoplasm, multiple myeloma, B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations .
The most common alteration in CEBPE is CEBPE-IGH Fusion (0.10%) .
