CENPA
Overview
CENPA is altered in 0.30% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, conventional glioblastoma multiforme, cutaneous melanoma, and invasive breast carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in CENPA are CENPA Amplification (0.05%), CENPA Loss (0.02%), CENPA R52* (0.01%), CENPA A109T (0.01%), and CENPA L61F (0.01%) [3].
