CHTOP is altered in 0.05% of all cancers with sarcoma, NOS, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, gastric adenocarcinoma, pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma, and thyroid gland papillary carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations .
The most common alteration in CHTOP is CHTOP-NTRK1 Fusion (0.05%) .
