CLIP4 is altered in 0.08% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, acute myeloid leukemia, cancer of unknown primary, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified, and glioblastoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations .
The most common alteration in CLIP4 is CLIP4-ALK Fusion (0.08%) .
