CRTC2 is altered in 1.40% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, invasive breast carcinoma, and endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations .
The most common alterations in CRTC2 are CRTC2 Mutation (1.18%), CRTC2 Amplification (0.09%), CRTC2 A439V (0.02%), CRTC2 G304S (0.02%), and CRTC2 G521S (0.02%) .
