Overview
CTLA4 is altered in 0.51% of all cancers with colon adenocarcinoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, cutaneous melanoma, and melanoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in CTLA4 are CTLA4 Mutation (0.38%), CTLA4 Loss (0.04%), CTLA4 Amplification (0.03%), CTLA4 R75W (0.01%), and CTLA4 A54T (0.01%) [3].
