DCC
Overview
DCC is altered in 0.59% of all cancers with melanoma, cutaneous melanoma, conventional glioblastoma multiforme, high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, and bladder urothelial carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in DCC are DCC R1025Q (0.33%), DCC E403K (0.28%), DCC G1294R (0.31%), DCC R1337* (0.18%), and DCC R446H (0.19%) [3].
