DDX41
Overview
DDX41 is altered in 0.99% of all cancers with conventional glioblastoma multiforme, anaplastic oligodendroglioma, cutaneous melanoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and skin squamous cell carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in DDX41 are DDX41 P189S (0.18%), DDX41 A295T (0.07%), DDX41 A401V (0.09%), DDX41 A477T (0.07%), and DDX41 D351N (0.07%) [3].
