Pathway
Beta-Catenin/WNT signaling
Synonyms [1]
DVL, DRS2, DVL1P1, DVL1L1

Dishevelled segment polarity protein 1 (DVL1) is a gene that encodes a protein that functions as a cytoplasmic phosphoprotein that regulates cell proliferation. Missense mutations, nonsense mutations, and silent mutations are observed in cancers such as fallopian tube cancer, intestinal cancer, and skin cancer.
