EIF1AX is altered in 1.21% of all cancers with high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, uveal melanoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, and prostate adenocarcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations .
The most common alterations in EIF1AX are EIF1AX Mutation (0.51%), EIF1AX Loss (0.48%), EIF1AX Amplification (0.16%), EIF1AX X113_splice (0.06%), and EIF1AX R13H (0.04%) .
