ENG is altered in 0.83% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, bladder urothelial carcinoma, and clear cell renal cell carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations .
The most common alterations in ENG are ENG Fusion (0.04%), ENG H108Y (0.06%), ENG Amplification (0.05%), ENG R192H (0.05%), and ENG R197W (0.05%) .
