Overview
H3F3C is altered in 1.19% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, testicular mixed germ cell tumor, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, and cutaneous melanoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in H3F3C are H3F3C Amplification (0.72%), H3F3C Loss (0.04%), H3F3C R52C (0.02%), H3F3C A47V (0.02%), and H3F3C E97K (0.02%) [3].
