Overview
HIST1H3F is altered in 0.50% of all cancers with lung adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, cutaneous melanoma, and bladder urothelial carcinoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].
The most common alterations in HIST1H3F are HIST1H3F Mutation (0.22%), HIST1H3F Amplification (0.14%), HIST1H3F Loss (0.12%), HIST1H3F R132C (0.02%), and HIST1H3F G45D (0.01%) [3].
