LCK is altered in 0.10% of all cancers with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified, peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified, angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, endometrial carcinoma, and adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction having the greatest prevalence of alterations .
The most common alterations in LCK are LCK Mutation (0.43%), LCK Loss (0.12%), LCK A367fs (0.02%), LCK A386T (0.02%), and LCK E393K (0.26%) .
