Overview

PAK1 is altered in 2.22% of all cancers with breast invasive ductal carcinoma, invasive breast carcinoma, breast invasive lobular carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, and cutaneous melanoma having the greatest prevalence of alterations [3].

The most common alterations in PAK1 are PAK1 Amplification (1.78%), PAK1 Loss (0.05%), PAK1 L465F (0.01%), PAK1 F410L (0.01%), and PAK1 K508N (0.01%) [3].
